The GCTA Jeff Ruby Columbus Invitational took place at Swim & Racquet Club on June 14. The doubles-only tournament featured collegiate players from OSU, Xavier and Indiana along with top-level 4.5+ local players. The event was originally known as the “Jimmy Holland Invitational” and was played in memory of the Dublin native who played collegiate tennis and passed away unexpectedly in 2017 at the age of 33. His mother, Diane Holland, is an active GCTA Member.
